Insulated Ducting is a revolutionary product that is U.L.181 and c U.L.181 Listed and Marked as a Class 1 Air Duct or Class 1 Air Connector. It is constructed of a flexible helix core of a 2 ply polyester laminate and corrosion resistant zinc coated wire, surrounded by a blanket of glass fiber insulation and jacketed by either a fire retardant black polyethylene vapor barrier or tear resistant silver vapor barrier with reinforced bi-directional scrim. Ideal for use in heating, air conditioning, intake and exhaust applications. Insulated ducting replaces galvanized pipe and helps reduce heat and cool loss and condensation build-up.
