The Dundas Jafine roof exhaust is ideal for exhausting kitchen or bathroom fans through the roof.  This product is made from high impact copolymer with a UV stabilizer to help prevent discoloration and has a molded barrier ring to prevent leakage.  Additional features include a removable collar for easy duct connection / installation.
